Looking for a new home for yourself and your family can be fun.  It can also be stressful. 

Let me help you enjoy the home hunting process and minimize the stress.  Let's discuss what you are looking for, then let me help you find a perfect match!

Here are some of the services I will provide to help make your home hunt as productive and enjoyable as possible:

First, after we discuss the specific attributes that you are looking for in your new home, I will search the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and provide you with a comprehensive list of all properties that meet your criteria.  You are eligible to receive personalized e-mail updates and alerts (automatically sent to you) as soon as a property that matches your search criteria is listed in the MLS.

Second, I will preview properties located in your target areas and take you to see ONLY the properties that meet your search criteria.  You do not have to spend time driving around looking at everything on the market - NO TIME WASTING!

Finally, when we find a property you are interested in, your perfect match, my keen negotiating skills will assure that you get the property you want at the best possible price. 

From helping you with home inspectors  to making sure that all of the necessary paperwork is in order, I will be with you every step of the way.

FINANCING:
There are several options available to you when it comes to financing your new home.  Banks, direct lenders and mortgage brokers are all good choices for your mortgage needs. 

Mortgage Brokers:
Below are two mortgage brokers that I have worked with personally.  I trust these mortgage brokers to provide my clients with the highest level of service at a reasonable price.

Bank - Washington Mutual:
I have a referral to a Loan Officer that I have a lot of confidence in at Washington Mutual.  Bill Emhoff (Contact Bill) is very responsive to the needs of my clients.  Unlike a mortgage broker who will place your loan with one of many lenders and receive a payment for that placement, a bank like Washington Mutual is a direct lender. 

Mortgage Broker or Direct Lender (Bank)?
Either one may have the best deal for you depending on the different loan programs that are available at the time you apply for your loan.  There are many variables that are unique to you which should be considered when you apply for your mortgage.  My best advice is to explore your options before making a final decision.  As always, I am available to discuss your mortgage options with you.
